I’ve Been Tagged

Lesa has tagged me and I’m finally getting around to posting my answers.  Some day I’ll figure out how to link names, and tag them.

Some you might already know about me, other things you won’t.

1.  I love crocheting, but also do other needlework. 

2. Most people don’t know that as a teen I was a pain in the rear for my parents.  Who’d a thought that.

3.  I love old movies, especially Kate Hepburn

4.  I love collecting antiques, vanity sets and clothing are my favorite to collect.  But thanks to a friend in Alaska I’ve finally obtained a mourning broach, which I have been wanting for a very long time.

5.  I know how to read the interchange books for my hubby’s business, and I even know how to operate the rollbacks.

6.  I am the middle of 3 girls, and everyone asks why my parents didn’t call me Betty Jo when they find out my other sisters’ names. The joke on that is my other sisters are Bobbie Jo and Billie Jo.

7.  We have a halfmoon conure parrot named Gabby who is an Elvis fan, but can’t stand Michael Jackson.

8.  For a night away my husband and I enjoy going to auctions. 

I have been working on a tablecloth for a Christmas gift so have been lacking on my posting.  I took a break this week and made 2 of these Park Avenue doilies for my mom’s birthday.  The pattern came from the Absolutely Gorgeous Doily book.
