My own triangle shawl

My great aunt, who taught me how to crochet, knit, and every other needlework I do, requested a triangle shawl yesterday when I went for a visit.  After going through way to many patterns and not finding a solid design like she wanted, I came up with my own.

Cowl Poncho

This poncho works up super quick.  Its made of Bernat Soft Boucle and Bernat Boa.  I made it for myself but my daughter is modeling it for me,  doesn’t she look enthusiastic.

Hospitable Spread

I made this tablecloth for my parents Christmas gift.  It hasn’t been blocked or startched yet,  as I am waiting to see if my mom wants it bigger to use with the boards in the table.  They were quite happy with it, and surprised too.

Wall Hanging

This was the project on Crochetville’s mystery CAL.  It’s been finished for a while, but I’m just now getting it posted.  I know, I’m slow as molasses in January, but just decided what I was going to do with the top dowel last night.

Hat and Scarf

Whipped this hat and scarf set up today as part of my cousins Christmas gift.  I had a pattern for the scarf, but none for the hat, so I winged it.

Maxine Collection

I have been working on this set for several weeks now and finally set down and put the handbag together and made a lining for it.  The pattern didn’t call for lining, but I decided I wanted it.  I used Bernat Soft Boucle in Soft Taupe, and Pattons Twister in Twist Taupe.  My husband picked out the pattern and the yarn.

Craft Room

Well
I’ve finally got my craft room organized.  Just had to move some of my pieces around then line up all my supplies.  What a job, and I am only posting one picture here.  If you care to browse the rest of my room visit here,  http://s112.photobucket.com/albums/n180/lhasaapsolady9/craft%20room/

This is just one of the pictures you can see.  Once you see them all you might think I’m a little yarn nuts.  If you are a crafter you will understand the stash madness.
